Bug 121500: the title of “Property Binding”is not correct

Bug 121518: the value of "OdaClassName","OdaURL","OdaUser","OdaPassword" are not refreshed

-Description:

121500: method has been overridden to set title

121518: _expression_ Builder would take the initial value as the parameter for always, which has been changed to the runtime value.
