Title: Checkin: fix bugzilla 121162 - support the property visibility attribute for ODA Property

- Summary: Add property visibility support for ODA extension

- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 121162

- Description:

 For the ODA extension properties, if a visibility is defined “hide” for a property in the extension,

 It will be integrated into ROM as a hidden property.
