Updated the BIRT ODA (org.eclipse.birt.data.oda) plugin version from version 2.0.1 (used in BIRT 1.0) to version 2.0.2 for BIRT 2.0.

Description:
In preparation for the BIRT 2.0 release, the BIRT ODA (org.eclipse.birt.data.oda) plugin version is updated from version 2.0.1 (used in BIRT 1.0) to version 2.0.2 for BIRT 2.0.
There are no real changes to the BIRT ODA project since 2.0.1, except that the BIRT ODA interfaces and implementation have all been marked as deprecated, due to the migration of ODA framework to the Eclipse DataTools Platform (DTP) project.
The BIRT ODA plugin name for installation in BIRT 2.0 will be org.eclipse.birt.data.oda_2.0.2
Tests Description:
Tested with build script to create export folder with correct plugin version.
