-Description:
1. Fixed [Bugzilla] 115951: "Curve fitting line" should be disabled
in 3D chart.
2. Changed the "visible" button style in Legend -> Area Properties
popup sheet.
3. Separated the "Preview" and "Add" operations when
loading an URL image into the marker icon palette.
4. Changed "file:\" to "file:///" to load a local file,
which leads to the loading action performing same in the different flatform.
5. Disable "OK" button if there is no image existing in the marker
icon palette.
