Summary: fixed bugs in theme.

- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 115441   New theme name is not friendly , 115620 NPE is thrown out when specifing a theme for a report design

- Description:

1. Made theme to be intrinsic properties.

2. Fixed errors in ThemeRecord, ThemeCommand, PropertyCommand and StyleNameScope.

3. Updated test cases.
