Bugzilla Bug 115749 i18n problem in report designer layout
New a report, in the designer layout, there are three tab. They
are "Normal","Master Page","Source". Set the computer to "China" locale,
only "Source" is translated into chinese language, the other two are still in
English. It seems a little awkward.
Merged localized strings for "Normal" and "Master Page" into messages_xx_YY.msg files.
