Title: For Review: Additional Proposed Changes to ODA API (BPS35)

Please find in the following link an updated version of the ODA Public Interfaces Changes Control Specification.
The new ODA API methods for BPS35 is proposed to rename from setContext to setAppContext, to clarify that the context object is provided by an application and is opaque to the BIRT and ODA framework.
