[babel-translators] Galileo checklist

Greetings translators,

As you know, the Galileo release is 20 days away, and Babel is currently 
producing language pack ZIP files for many of the projects participating 
in the Galileo release.

I'd like to invite the language champions to review the three files 
below, which include the Welcome screen, many menu items and UI 
elements.  Every file is important, but these three are most likely 
those that the user will see first upon launching a localized Eclipse 
installation.  I was able to fix a few errors that were introduced with 
the Babel Syncup.
