[babel-translators] Syncup is complete

Translators,

The Babel Syncup has completed, and all the new Eclipse 3.5 / Galileo projects are now up-to-date.

The six translation sets that were donated by Adobe last year push the Eclipse 3.5 translation rate to over 92 % for Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Korean.  There are 16 other languages that are 75% - 90% complete.  You can see more stats here [1].


With a little work from everyone, we can get Eclipse 3.5 100% translated before it is even released!  Spread the word about Babel!
