What will hapen if i mark the Non-Translatable box ? (at the left-down corner).
Even If i mark this box, have i to change or clear the translated content?

It may be incorrectly translated in your language. In French,
{outgoing_change_flag}{name} {revision} {tag} is translated to
{dirty_flag}{name} {revision} {tag} ({keyword})
The same applies to the two keys that follow as well. The proper translation
is either blank, or the exact same string as English. I have fixed the French
translations. Can you please fix the translations for your languages? This was
reported in bug http://bugs.eclipse.org/261828
