The issue with the latest release of projects (for example, Eclipse 4.20, EMF 2.26, WebTools 3.22) to be empty or almost empty has been resolved. The source files for translation have been restored. No translations in the Babel database are lost. Babel nightly builds and weekly integration builds are also back to normal. Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
