[babel-dev] Problems with german Translation

Hi,

in August I installed the babel german translation with Luna
and failed.

Thus I created a bug entry

On 20th of September Kit solved the problem
- thank you very much, Kit!

The problem was, that installing all german translations into
Eclipse JEE does not work -
you have to know, which packets are allowed for
Eclipse JEE.

Unfortunately, I did not know this and was
so stupid to assume, that installing all
german translation - as shown in the attachement -
should work - it looks like the natural way to me.

I believe, that other people - especially beginners -
will run into the same trap.

I suggest, that the Babel Documentation is being
updated to inform about the fact, that installing
all Packets will lead to a brocken Eclipse installation.
