Kit,

The Babel server is quote old, and has not received any OS upgrades in a 
long time.

I can provision a new vserver for Babel and work on migrating the 
existing content over to the new server.  This is likely going to be 
time consuming but I think it needs to be done -- purely from a security 
standpoint.

Do you want me to track this effort via a bug?
