Hi Dietrich,

The bugzilla bug is the correct place to ask for such things. However, 
the Babel team is a small team with very few resources.

Participation in Babel is optional for Eclipse.org projects.  If you 
wish to "add" a project, please ask that project to add themselves to 
the Babel server.  There are instructions for the project team on this page:
http://babel.eclipse.org/babel/importing.php
