I updated the babel project registration for technology.egit to include the 0.8 release we will ship with Helios.

Now I recognized that the german translation I did to 70% for 0.7.1 is no longer shown by the babel translation UI.

Seems something went wrong here. Also the 0.8.0 resource bundles don't show up in the translation UI.
