[babel-dev] Contribution of translation assistance tool "Benten"

Hello, Kit-san and Denis-san,

Eclipse Japan working group have been preparing the contribution of our
translation assistance tool called "Benten."
All source codes are written in EPL. And finally  all licensers have agreed to
contribute their source code. 

So, I would like to ask IP check of Benten source code.
What is the best way to do that ?
By bugzilla or providing URL of website?
(As of now, we have source repository in sourceforge.jp. It seems hard for
foreign people to pick it up.)

Or, is it better for me to provide you with installation package at first?
