[babel-dev] Equinox and TPTP translations

Now that we have the Equinox and TPTP
map files properly defined, we need some translations for them!

Equinox and TPTP were a part of Eclipse
3.2. Although a lot have been changed since then, but I believe we can
retrieve a good percentage of old translations into the current files.

Denis, when we first imported the Eclipse
3.2 translations into the database, do you know if they were inserted into
the database and stay inactive? Or, were they ignored?

Denis or Antoine, what's the best approach
in your opinion? Should we run the import again, or just run the sync-up
script?
