Denis helped me fix a mapping problem.
I gave the active Babel committers (Antoine, Denis, & Gabe) access
to edit Bugzilla.

message:

"It looks like you don't have access to edit any bugzilla components.
Talk to the PL or PMC of your project(s)"

I have to talk to the PMC first. Once
I get the access, I will try to edit Antoine's access.

Kit has to do this in the Portal (http://portal.eclipse.org).

In the Eclipse Projects portlet, click [Tools] for committers, then Bugzilla
components, targets, versions and follow the
directions.
