Antoine, first problem: Undefined variable:
features_dir in generate_site.php on line 41

"features_dir: should probably
be "sites_dir".

"featureZip" variable on line
59 is also missing.

The project percentage complete in my
DB is empty and I cannot continue. I have to fix that up and continue to
test later.

Dear Babel committers,

would someone be up for testing the code I committed for 248845 ?

It's all on staging and begging to be executed. Instead of generate1.php,
you can use generate_site.php or generate_feature.php.
