Re: [babel-dev] Release strategy needed

Babel simply consumes plain-text files that contain key/value pairs of English strings that look like this:

buttonLabelText=Click Here To Continue
message_1=Welcome to Eclipse.  Press F1 for help, F2 to open the Workbench.

Here is a sample .properties file that Babel consumes. It is in CVS.  It's one of the files that contains the English strings for the Text Merge tool:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.compare/plugins/org.eclipse.compare/compare/org/eclipse/compare/contentmergeviewer/TextMergeViewerResources.properties?view=markup

Does anyone feel like writing a Babel FAQ document on the Wiki to capture all this senseless babbling (pun intended) I've been doing?  :-)
