Hi Margaret,
Consider it confirmed that the .properties files download only contains
that of the Eclipse project. We don't have plans to dump the
.properties files for each project hosted at Babel, because a) there
would be too many and b) anyone can use our maps processor and get them
directly from CVS.

files” download contains properties files that exist only in the
“eclipse” project (as specified in the second column on the translation
server site. If this is the case, are there any plans to provide a
dump of any of the other projects such as webtools, datatools, etc.?
