I had two action items from our last call:

Document process for submitting large contributions

I've revamped our developer docs to make it easier to understand.  I also added our team picture from EclipseCon  :-)

I added the link to the bottom of the page, as seen on the staging area.

I've also posted a 'What's new' to the Babel newsgroup.  We need to make sure we monitor the group regularly, and use it to stir up some community excitement.
