We (Mr. Moride, Mr. Igapyon and I) have already developed Japanese language
pack for 3.3.
I would like to ask BABEL project to put it on the web site as well as that
by SwissPost.

We intend to use this mailing list in order to 
  - receive the feed back from Japanese contributors
  - discuss about the best translations

I don't think it causes problems... If we have to something, please let me
know.
