I committed the form to allow committers to enter the location of their 
MAP files.  It reeks of 'oh-so-yesterday' DHTML and iFrames, as I'm not 
an Ajax/Yui expert  :-)  But it works.  Just hit the "for committers" 
link in the menubar.

I'll add a daily cronjob to process the map files shortly.

I've also changed the site menubar for a babel-specific bar.  The 
changes are in global.php (for the menu items) and head.php (for 
removing search), so add items there.
