Kit,

You are quite correct that the runtime plug-in that I sent out does not work with Java versions prior to 1.6.  Sorry about that.  The problem is in the replacement version of the Java resource bundle control class.  I will get another version out but in the interim you should be able to try out the plug-in by running Eclipse with Java 1.6.
