[b3-dev] Proposing move of "b3 project" to CBI

In brief, I am proposing to move the
b3 code to CBI. My interest of course is in the b3 aggregator. 
I guess we will start to call it the
CBI aggregator? :) (If this proposal is accepted). 

Most notable about the "move"
is what to do with the "beelang" modules. In effect they would
become "archived", 
unless someone says differently. (And,
I am very open to comments and feedback). 

The other issue is "what to do
with current committers". So, if you are a current committer on b3,
and you have an opinion, be sure to voice your opinion on bug 487542.
