[auto-iwg] Target definitions for Automotive IDE

Dear all,

as explained on the wiki [1], the Eclipse Automotive Tool Platform that is developed in WP1 consists of the "Eclipse IDE for Automotive Software Developers" package and a corresponding target platform definition (i.e., a *.target file). The former can be downloaded from Eclipse.org [2] and the latter has been made available in the Auto IWG EclipseLabs space [3].

I've spent some time to make sure that both are now fully up to date wrt Juno SR-1 and the new Artop 3.3.0 release. Feel free to use them at your convenience and drop me a note if you have any questions or feedback.
