Yes i vistit this page and i have review the demo, But when i tried to download any of the packages it goes to this page

and says that Eclipse downloads - file unavailable.

I am realy sorry that i spam so much :|

Indeed, ATF got stalled a bit, but we're updating it now to dependonlatest WTP.
You might be interested in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=219348-it tracks works toward updating ATF code and should movesignificantlyin next weeks.
There's a patch that makes most of ATF compile with Galileo - couldyoutry it and see if DOM inspector works for you?
Note, applying this patch might be tough because it was doneagainst/cvsroot/webtools/ATF but since then ATF was moved to/cvsroot/tools....

btw. what's your research topic?
