[atf-dev] Patched JSLint that works in ATF is now available.

With the permission of the owner of
JSLint a patched version JSLint has been available which will run in ATF
. The download instructions on the ATF Web Site has been updated with the
new URL. It looks like the problem is caused by a bug in Mozilla's Rhino
which is used to run JSLint in ATF, but it was quicker to patch JSLint
than to get the bug fix in Rhino. Our long term plan is to replace JSLint,
so the patch verson will be used until it is replaced.
