Ah, right... so there are actually 2x2 validations going on.  two
types for each of two validators.  This is currently applied to both
html and js documents.

Wasn't the WTP team going to either add this or make some correlation
between the batch and as-you-type validator preferences?  This seems
like a WTP bug, imo.
