It sounds like you have an incomplete
installation. Please re-download the atf.zip from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/webtools/atf/atf-1.0.0.zip
(since we updated it due to errors in a previous build last week), and
make sure you manually remove all "org.eclipse.atf.*" plugins
from your Eclipse installation before reinstalling. If it's possible, you
may also want to delete all files in the "configuration" directory
within your Eclipse root except for "config.ini" so that the
prior installation is forgotten.
