Thanks Jaime! Andy Clements over on the ajdt-dev email list confirmed that these are the current URLs to install AJDT:

For Eclipse 4.4:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/44/dev/update

For 4.5:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/45/dev/update

He recommends using 4.5, since the 4.4 build is already falling behind in the latest bug fixes.

My recollection is that http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/44/dev/update works, but I can't claim to have given it a real workout.
