Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, something is wrong with your example. I
am trying to implement it, but it does not work. 

Given the following declarations:

import java.lang.annotation.ElementType;
import java.lang.annotation.Target;

@Target({ ElementType.PARAMETER })
public @interface NotNull {
}

public aspect NotNullAspect {

I get the following warnings for the lines 4,5 and 6 respectively:
