Hi Tomek,

I created a pointcut that did what you wanted:

get(@Foo(name="") * *)

I was *most surprised* when it failed to compile with an error on the
"".  I created https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=352363
and have just committed a fix, should be in a dev build later today.
