Hi Rama,
you should be able to unsubscribe using the online procedure found here 
https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/aspectj-users . You just have 
to type your email address in the input at the bottom of the page and 
follow the on screen instructions.

If you don't manage to do it that way, that means there is a problem 
with it, and should be fixed.
