[aspectj-users] New controls for load time weaver memory usage

Under https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=227484#c34 I have
added some new weaver options for controlling how weavers release
memory.

If you are in a load time weaving environment, please give it a go and
provide any feedback on that bug report. If the glitches can be ironed
out I will look to make it the default for AspectJ 1.6.5.
