I suggest you to use the Eclipse Update feature to download and
install AJDT and AspectJ. You can find the URL for the update site on
the AJDT project website.

I also suggest you to post questions of this nature to the AspectJ
Users list. Being a user list it seems more appropriate, plus it is
more active.
