Yes, that says '6'.  After a delay longer than I would have liked, it
is now available from the project download page:

http://www.eclipse.org/aspectj/downloads.php

There is a short readme explaining the state of the milestone and
where to raise any issues you encounter:

AspectJ is now rebased on build 785 of the Eclipse compiler (an
Eclipse 3.3 version).  It was previously based on build 574 - an
Eclipse 3.1 version.

Please try it out.  Next on the priority list is an AJDT containing
it, I will post when that is available.
