Yes A
in A is a very good start, but suffers from being >3 years out of date, so a
lot of the newer AspectJ features are not described.
But it
does give you a good start, and you can use the on-line documentation for
anything else you need to find out about.
"A in A" is very good. The more recent Eclipse AspectJ by Adrian
Colyer, et al. is also very good and more up to date.

Hi,
I'm looking for a good book on AspectJ. Which one would
you recommend?
I found Mastering AspectJ (http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-AspectJ-Aspect-Oriented-Programming-Java/dp/0471431044
) and AspectJ in Action (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1930110936/ref=pd_cp_b_title/002-4877238-0150458?ie=UTF8
), both dating from 2003 if I am correct. Are there other books that are more
recent?
regards,
Wim
