Carlos,

The best approach with binary weaving
is to maintain the same application modularity, i.e. weave each JAR separately.
In my experience applications fail when resources are missing that is why
AspectJ is careful to copy them from injar to outjar. The only way to deliberately
sub-set a JAR is to use Ant to unpack, weave then repack it.

Is it possible to exclude/include classes to be weaved
from a jar
(using the -inpath option)?

If not, is there any way to avoid getting the resources inside the jar
in the destination folder?
