I think you're right, Gerrit! I tried you theory and attempted to
download from a computer on a different network, and now I get really
good bandwidth! So, that at least solves my problem. I'll download it
there, and then fetch it from there. Now as to why it is like this...
Anyway - thanks! You solved my download problem!
