Hi Daniel,

This looks like a bug to me, I tested and found that the latest release of AJDT ignores the output folders specified by "allow output folders for source folders."  I submitted bug 50227 to report it (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=50227).

This feature would help that other poster who was trying to build EJB's with a master build project too...

Christian: I think you were saying how to set the default output folder (which does work fine using the project properties setting).
