[aspectj-users] advice on protected methods

	Is it possible to have advice call protected methods?  For example, 
I've got a protected method that sets a ``dirty'' flag that I'd like to 
use rather than creating a public method for the same purpose.  When I 
try to call the protected method, my compile fails because the method 
is unavailable.
