[aspectj-dev] Commit rights for Mik Kersten have been expired

Adrian Colyer has expired the commit rights for Mik Kersten (mkersten). 
The reason for this change is:

Eclipse is initiating a clean-up for inactive committers on projects.
According to the Eclipse statistics Mik has not committed to the project in
over 12 months and in accordance with the Eclipse Project Charters his
commit rights have therefore been removed.

Mik has been granted Emeritus status for his significant contributions to
the project over many years.

To honor Mik Kersten's contributions to the project, Adrian Colyer has
nominated Mik Kersten for Committer Emeritus status.
