[aspectj-dev] Commit rights for Alexandre Vasseur have been expired

tools.aspectj Committers,
Adrian Colyer has expired the commit rights for Alexandre Vasseur
(avasseur).  The reason for this change is:

Eclipse is initiating a clean-up for inactive committers on projects.
According to the Eclipse statistics Alex has not committed to the project
in over 12 months and in accordance with the Eclipse Project Charters his
commit rights have therefore been removed.
