[aspectj-dev] find out if dynamic advice 
Hi,

I would like to show (in the netbeans plugin) the dynamic advice icon
when an advice is dynamic, but how do I find out. I can't get the
information by querying a IProgrammElement. Is there a utility method
somewhere for that?
