I found an acceptable solution for my association problem and blogged about it and its remaining code smell on http://bodden.de/blog/. Basically the party which still cause trouble are the implicit "&& this(...)" on perthis aspects and a lack of what the abc team calls global pointcuts. The implementation (separated in reusable and customized parts) is attached.
