[aspectj-dev] declare annotation

Hello,

is the "declare annotation" implemented? I guess not because I get an 
syntax error with the following declaration:

	declare annotation : BierWerbung : @PremiumPartner;

Or does the syntax (as described in the developers notebook) have changed?
