EclipseCon 2004 - Feb 2-5 Anaheim California
http://www.eclipsecon.org

Join us for EclipseCon 2004, Feb 2-5 in Anaheim California, the first annual technical conference for Eclipse!  This conference will bring together developers from the open source projects and the commercial community for a week of keynotes, tutorials, demos, poster sessions, exhibits, and Birds-of-a-Feather sessions.  This first annual conference promises to be unique, because most of the original eclipse open source developers will be there, and the program committee has put together a fabulous program of keynotes, technical talks, tutorials, and other events.  Come and meet the eclipse developers, find out more about 3.0, learn about eclipse future directions, and talk to other people working with eclipse in the community.  Its not too late to register.  Don't miss it!

Mik Kersten and I (Andy Clement) will be at EclipseCon all week representing AspectJ and AJDT.  The following events relating to AOP are scheduled:

- Gregor Kiczales will be giving a keynote "Eclipse as a Platform for AOSD Research and Development" onThursday 5th February  at 1pm.
- Mik and I will be giving a demo of AJDT (the eclipse AspectJ Development Tools) on Wednesday 4th February at 3.15pm.  This will include a sneak preview of the all new AJDT that we are currently working on !
- Mik will be discussing AspectJ debugging at the "Debugger Implementors Technology Exchange" on Tuesday 3rd February at 5pm.

If anyone wants to meet up during the week and talk about AJDT/AspectJ - or anything else :)  - then get in touch.

see you there,

Andy (clemas@xxxxxxxxxx)
Mik (beatmik@xxxxxxxxx)
