[aspectj-dev] nomination for committer

I want to nominate George Harley as a committer on the AspectJ project.  Without George's hard work the 1.1rc2 release would not be out today.  I believe George has already made useful contributions and demonstrated the discipline and good judgment to make greater contributions in the future.

All committers need to vote +1 (yes), -1 (no, or veto), and 0 (abstain) on this proposal.  If there are at least 3 positive votes and no negative votes, the developer is recommended to the PMC for commit privileges.
